This table stores brands configured on a Chargebee site. A brand is a customer-facing identity a business uses for different products, audiences, markets, or customer segments on the same site. A brand is separate from a business entity, which is the operational unit used for billing configuration. Each row represents one brand. When Brand Management is enabled, the site has a default brand. Records in customers, subscriptions, invoices, credit_notes, and payment_sources reference a brand through brand_id. Use this table to attribute those records to a customer-facing brand.

UPSERT KEY

Primary Key
A unique and immutable identifier for the brand. This value identifies and references the brand across Chargebee resources and downstream systems.

change_type string
The column indicates the type of change [create, update, delete, read] and can be used to load data into the warehouse accordingly.

name string, not null
The human-readable display name configured for the brand in Chargebee, used for identification and presentation. This value can change over time without breaking references, because id stays fixed.
