Data Freshness

The Data Freshness SLA defines the maximum expected delay between when data is generated or updated in Chargebee and when it becomes available to sync via Automatic Exports.

Data freshness SLAs vary by dataset type. Most Transaction tables have up to 4-hour freshness (e.g., a 13:00 UTC export includes data up to 09:00 UTC), while metrics tables (built on top of transaction tables) can have up to 24-hour freshness to ensure complete synchronization.

NOTE: Please note that while the system is designed to meet or exceed this SLA under normal operating conditions, delays may occasionally occur due to system maintenance, upstream data availability, or other external factors.
