How soon can you expect updates in exported data?

In most cases, updates made in Chargebee are reflected in Automatic Exports within 1–3 hours, and always within 4 hours.

Example: If the subscription_mrr_monthly_summary table is updated at 02:00 AM UTC, you'll typically see the update in your export by 03:00 AM UTC, and no later than 06:00 AM UTC (within 4 hours).

How often are the data tables updated?

Metrics Tables:

Updated once daily in a single batch around 02:00 AM UTC. This includes:

• subscription_mrr_monthly_summary
• subscription_mrr_daily_summary
• exchange_rate_daily

Other Tables:

All remaining tables are updated continuously as new events occur in Chargebee.
